A complete waste

I'm not pleased with this product at all. I've seen numerous reviews on how this is a compliment beast however I must have received a bad batch. In less than 5 minutes it becomes a skin scent, the projection is minimal and there's no silage. It's air freshener in a pretty bottle... I reached out some days ago in regards to trying to rectify this situation but never got a response...
